Been coming here for years the best boba the rose milk boba/ passion fruit iced/ brown sugar milk tea are the nicest!! Also the interior is sooo cute and the staff are so nice

I had a fantastic experience at this establishment, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were incredibly warm, friendly, and accommodating, which made me and my children feel very welcome. On our first visit, we decided to try bubble tea for the first time, and we were pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed it. The flavor was delightful, and the texture was unique and exciting. In addition to the bubble tea, we also had the opportunity to try out their automatic candy floss machine, which was an absolute treat, especially for the kids. Although it was a bit on the expensive side, I believe it was well worth the price, given how much joy it brought to us. I must admit that I personally loved it just as much as the children did. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an excellent beverage experience and a fun-filled time. The service, the drinks, and the sweet treats all make for an unforgettable outing.

I had the spicy noodle soup with pork balls, sausage and cloud ear fungus. It was very tasty and filling. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The decor is wonderful. I'll definitely be back for more.

First time trying Shining Rainbow after it’s excellent reputation throughout Warrington The restaurant interior was very peaceful , pretty and cute yet simplistic and almost took me back to being in Asia or somewhere otherworldly. The food was amazing , and the drinks were insanely delicious. I had the Galaxy Boba Teas and an original bubble waffle . The flavour of the bubble teas were super fresh and almost addictive as I could not take my mouth away from the straw , perhaps the best drink I’ve ever had . The waffle was extremely unique , bubbles that were crispy on the outside and soft-centred . Another great addition to this restaurant was the candy floss machine which presented the most amazing designed sweet treat. . The service was excellent ! Silent yet super intriguing to watch their methods and the chemistry between the two staff , they were working in symphony without communication and the results were spot on . I even came back for a second time an hour later as it was so good ! Food / Drink: 10/10 Service FOH : 7/10 Waiting times : 7/10 Restaurant environment: 9/10 Cleanliness : 10/10 Price : 8/10 Overall score : 9 Definelty recommend to come here .

They sell sushi from Wednesday to Sunday — it’s fresh and reasonable price. If you buy a drink, there’s an offer of £12 for three boxes of sushi. I also tried the bubble waffles, and they’re really nice!

Probably the best Milkshake and Boba tea we've had. Definitely going back to try more items from their menu. Staff very friendly, restaurant was clean, nice chilled atmosphere

I've never had bubble tea before. I had the strawberry and lychee soda. It was a very pleasant surprise! The staff (and daughter) were very lovely. It's such a sweet little place with a very calming atmosphere. I've found my new favourite refresh space!
